COVID-19 Pandemic Restrictions
Our office is located in a Stage 4 coronavirus lockdown area. Physical orders will not be despatched while Stage 4 restrictions are in place. Orders for physical products - i.e. printed patterns (including subscriptions) and Bizzy Cards - will be held at our office and despatched once Stage 4 restrictions are lifted.
The Victorian Government is currently anticipating Stage 4 restrictions to be in place until mid-September but that may change.
Digital patterns will continue to be despatched as normal.
Lorien Quilting is located is Australia. All purchases made through this website will be shipped via Australia Post at the cost estimated by Australia Post's website at the time of purchase.
If you place your order from a country other than Australia please keep in mind that shipping can take quite some time.

We don't accept returns because of the nature of our products. However, we do work hard to help you make the right choice first time.
Paper pattern sizes are clearly listed for all patterns. Be sure the pattern will fit your machine before you buy it.
If a pattern looks difficult to stitch, contact us and we will help you assess its suitability for your skill level.
We will only replace a paper pattern if it is damaged during shipping, provided we are made aware of the problem within 15 days of the sale and the faulty pattern is returned to us.
Lorien Quilting will not refund sales of digital patterns.
If you encounter a technical problem with a digital file we will help you work though it and have you quilting in no time.
